What You’ll Do:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations in a high-energy, high-volume setting
- Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Help drive performance, accountability, and operational excellence across all shifts
- Uphold and enforce systems, standards, and company expectations
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and overall team performance
