•Step into a busy, high-volume practice-physicians are currently booked 3 to 6 months out

Compensation:
•Guaranteed base salary that never goes away, plus WRVU bonus-current physicians are earning above the 75th percentile
•50 days of PTO upon partnership, with ample time off during the first two years
