The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an energetic, motivated Full-Time Baker to our healthcare team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Baker for Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily. When baking has been completed, the Baker will also assist with cold prep.
What you'll be doing:
- Following recipes to create quality baked goods.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen.
- Ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must be a Team Player.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience baking in a retail environment.

Compensation Range:
- $16.50 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
