In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Clinical Pharmacist position works in Primary Care and Specialty Care Clinics delivering Medication Therapy Management Services. Focus of this position will be in specialty areas like cardiology, rheumatology, dermatology, and gastroenterology.
Your Job Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
• Licensed as a registered pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• Successful completion of pharmacokinetics training program
• 1 year (includes residency training)
` Experience in areas of specialty pharmacy (cardiology, GI, rheumatology, dermatology)
