This position is for a Family Practice physician providing adult primary care services Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM in a clinical setting. The role excludes obstetrics and does not involve treating patients under 18 years of age. Providers are required to complete Epic electronic health record training post-credentialing prior to beginning clinical duties.
