We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Provider with Family Medicine or Internal Medicine specialty to join our mission-driven team at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Wailuku on the Island of Maui. This full-time, exempt role focuses on adult medicine in a primary care setting, serving a diverse community with a strong emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, and whole-person care.

The MD/DO is a vital member of the clinical team and works with the providers and staff to deliver patient care in accordance with nationally accepted guidelines, policies and procedures to achieve the health center s goals and objectives in delivering exceptional care to our patients. The salary range for MD/DO is $220,000 to $240,000 year, plus a Sign-On Bonus of $15,000 and eligible for a fiscal year incentive bonus up to $25,000.

The ideal candidate will have APRN/FNP/DNP/MD/DO from a recognized program, evidence of continuing education, competencies with providing services to a diverse patient population as a provider for at least one year, and verifiable work background in treating all individuals with respect and aloha.

This position reports to the Department Head for Adult Medicine at our Wailuku clinic. We currently serve adult patients at three locations on Maui.

This is a Full-time, Exempt position, with a rotation of after hour call duty and half-day Saturday shift every 6 to 7 weeks, and one late shift per week on the same day each week (late shift is 10 AM to 7 PM), shifts are 8 hours and seeing at least 16 patients per shift on average.
