In this dynamic position, you will serve as a crucial subject matter expert, supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a sophisticated Outage Management System (OMS). Your work will directly influence the reliability of service, contributing to critical upgrades and ensuring the smooth flow of operations. You’ll be at the forefront of technical support, helping to maintain and evolve the systems that underpin our client’s commitment to uninterrupted service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert subject matter support for the Outage Management System (OMS) implementation.
• Assist with system logic, processes, and data, particularly as it relates to Outage Management System-related projects, customer communications, and operational activities.
• Contribute to upcoming database and server operating system upgrades, including Outage Management System configuration, testing, and other hands-on support.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in Outage Management System (OMS) application maintenance within an electrical utility environment, coupled with strong back-office support expertise.
• Proficiency with SQL databases.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Solid background in Windows server maintenance and operational support.
