Compensation & Benefits:
- Total Compensation Package: $500,000+
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $280,000- $423,000 w/ Yearly Performance Evaluations
- Signing bonus: $40,000
- Relocation assistance: $5,000
- Retention bonus offered after one year of employment once eligible: $120,000 for 4 years
- Paid over 4 years ($30,000/ year)
Qualifications:
- Degree: FMG and AMG accepted
- Certifications: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN
- Licensure: Licensed in California as an OB/GYN
- Experience: Residents, new graduates, and experienced providers welcome!
- Sponsorship: J1 and H1 visa candidates eligible
