Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Ongoing
• Shift Times: 7a-7p, 7p-7a

Clinical Information:

• Will be working alone
• Number of Patients: 2 patients/hour
• Daily Census: 26 encounters/day in 24 hour period

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
  • Family Medicine with EM experience
• Active FL License
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local
