About the Role

Seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner for an Employee Health Clinic in Greeley, CO. This is a locum tenens opportunity to provide high-quality care in a Primary Care and Employee Health setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to employees and eligible dependents (Ages 2+).
• Manage 8-12 patients per day.
• Deliver services in a collaborative, supportive environment.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Board Certified (BC) in Family Medicine
• Colorado state license
• Minimum 2 year of clinical experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
