Serves as primary coordinator of behavioral health services, linking patients and families to community resources, assisting in crisis prevention/management, and supporting personal goal-setting. Duties include group counseling, supervising/leading meetings, auditing medical records, authorizing services, and assisting staff and clients in crises while developing a patient caseload.Education & Experience Requirements:- Master's degree in Social Work (4 years)- Minimum 2 years of acute behavioral health experience- Georgia LCSW license and Board Certification- Ongoing CME credits to maintain license and board certification
