Practice Setting

Schedule

Procedures and Cases
- General Radiation Oncology consultations and follow-up care
- External Beam Therapy (EBRT) and IMRT
- OGRT, SBRT, and SRS
- Total Skin Electron (TSE) treatments
Requirements
- Active Minnesota medical license
- Minimum of 24 months of post-residency experience
- Board Certification in Radiation Oncology required
- Current BLS certification
Credentialing Requirements
- Expedited temporary credentialing available for active licensees
- Standard credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days
- Clean background required for priority processing
