Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform patient care. Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the Epic electronic health record system. Who You Are: Board-certified in Pediatrics with additional training in Critical Care Medicine. Current and active license to practice medicine in Missouri (MO). Strong clinical skills and experience in managing critically ill pediatric patients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Proficient in Epic electronic medical record system. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications are required.
