Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Broker to join our Casualty Lines team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to the success of a leading organization in the insurance industry.
How you'll make an impact
As an Inside Broker for Casualty Lines, you will:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agents and clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
Placement and Negotiation:
- Work with carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage for casualty insurance policies.
- Identify and secure the best possible terms for clients while adhering to company guidelines.
Risk Analysis:
- Assess and analyze client risks to determine appropriate coverage options.
- Provide expert advice on casualty insurance products and market trends.
Collaboration:
- Partner with senior brokers, underwriters, and other team members to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Support the team in achieving sales and revenue targets.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and binders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.
