Med/Surg RN Job Details

• Location: Nashua, NH 03060 (New Hampshire healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
• Unit: Med/Surg, Telemetry Med/Surg, Telemetry Cardiac, PCU, Med-Surg Adult
• Start Date: November 17, 2025
• End Date: February 16, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift), 4 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1880–$2020

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or Compact State License
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg and Telemetry RN experience (3 years preferred)
• Strong clinical, analytical, and communication skills

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care as a Med/Surg Registered Nurse using the nursing process
• Assess patients on admission, including medical history, vital signs, and diagnostic results
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Work with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care and nursing interventions
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to diverse adult patient populations
