Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Inspectors to achieve branch sales goals
  • Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching to improve inspection quality, customer experience, and close rates
  • Support pipeline management: lead assignment, follow-up expectations, and activity tracking
  • Monitor performance metrics, deliver feedback, and run team huddles to keep goals and standards clear
  • Partner with branch leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and training to build and retain top sales talent
  • Ensure your team represents Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity every step of the way

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in outside/field sales required; previous coaching or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. during ride-alongs/field support as needed
  • Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., during ride-alongs and field coaching as needed
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator, as needed
