What You’ll Do:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and support to RBTs and technicians
Maintain strong communication with families and team members
Ensure clinical documentation meets Crown ABA’s high standards of quality and compliance
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay range: $80–$95/hour, based on experience
