Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our dynamic team. Compensation and Benefits- Base Salary: $250,000 annually plus performance-based bonus
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

- Vacation: 22.5 days (including vacation, sick leave, CME) plus 8-10 paid holidays annually

Responsibilities and Schedule- Patient Panel: 25 patients per day
- Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM
- Work Week: 4.5 days with half-day reserved for administrative duties
- Call Schedule: 5 days per month (Tuesdays and Thursdays during on-call weeks)
- Hospital: Located 10 minutes from clinic; no deliveries required, no admissions
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Licensing Support: Provided
