Our job summary

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) provide in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children, primarily after school hours, aiming to improve the lives of learners with autism. This role requires an active RBT credential, reliable transportation, and a compassionate approach while working under supervision of BCBAs. What you'll need to be successful:

RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB
Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Northern New Jersey area
Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners
Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
