High-volume specialty in workers’ comp with weekend-flex schedule and WCB-authorized cases. Board-certified Internal Medicine Physician role in New York, permanent, full-time at a multidisciplinary clinic handling workers’ compensation and no-fault/lien cases; flexible schedule with weekend coverage; fast-paced, high-volume (25–35 pts/day). - Active NY MD/DO license - WCB authorization/certification - Experience in workers’ compensation and/or no-fault/lien practice - Able to manage 25–35 patients/day - Authorization to complete WCB/no-fault forms (C-4, MG-2)

Position Overview: -Board-certified Internal Medicine Physician needed for a high-volume, multidisciplinary practice specializing in workers? compensation and no-fault/lien cases. -No major medical insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid involvement. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute/chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc.). - Perform detailed injury evaluations, progress assessments, and impairment ratings for workers? compensation and no-fault patients. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, EKGs, X-rays, etc.). - Develop evidence-based treatment plans; coordinate with physical therapy, orthopedics, and pain management. - Complete thorough, timely narrative reports and forms (C-4, MG-2, etc.) for WCB and no-fault claims. - Work weekends as required; flexible scheduling. Requirements: - MD/DO with active NY license. - WCB authorization/certification. - Proven experience in workers? compensation and/or no-fault/lien practice. - Spanish fluency preferred (not required). - Ability to manage 25?35 patients/day in a fast-paced setting.
