Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state.
• At least 1 year of Med Surg and/or Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required per facility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, monitor condition changes, and document care accurately.
• Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy, and provide post-op/wound care.
• Triage patients, respond to emergencies, and assist with rapid assessments and interventions.
• Support trauma, cardiac, and critical patients according to emergency protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team for safe, coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain infection control, operate essential clinical equipment, and ensure a safe care environment.
