Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift position requiring a TX or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Emergency Services department of a hospital
- Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Care provided to emergency and urgent care patient populations
- 13-week contract assignment
- No local travelers accepted due to a 50-mile radius rule
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be less than 1 week
- Previous permanent staff of any CHS facility within the last 2 years are not eligible
- Travel nurses must adhere to standard work policies and hospital protocols
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience
- Certifications must be valid with no expirations within the first 30 days of assignment
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
