A Radiology Physician works primarily in a hospital setting providing diagnostic imaging services such as mammography, MRI, CT, PET/CT, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound across all patient age groups. The role involves both on-site and remote work, supporting a high-volume ER environment and performing interventional procedures like breast and thyroid fine needle aspirations. The position utilizes advanced medical imaging systems and collaborates with a multidisciplinary radiology team.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (one on-site day per week for Diagnostic Breast Imaging
Assignment Details:
Duration: 3 6 months with potential extension based on need
Setting: Hospital-based with some remote flexibility (2 3 remote days/week)
- Team of 6 radiologist
Annual ER Volume: 120 patients/day
EMR/Systems: Epic, PowerScribe, PACS
Support Staff: Full complement
