A well-established, physician-owned radiology group in Hot Springs, Arkansas, is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join a mature, high-volume IR program. This opportunity offers immediate clinical volume, strong institutional support, light call, and a clear partnership pathway with proven long-term earning potential.

Practice Setting

• Dedicated Interventional Radiology program within a physician-led private practice

• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults

• Procedures performed at a Level II Trauma Center and an additional community hospital

• Modern IR suites with advanced technology

• Monday Friday schedule; 4-day option available

• Light 1:3 call, shared equally

• Minimal diagnostic reads required (optional)

• Strong APP, RN, and technologist support

• Partnership track available in months (employment-only option available)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $675,000 $725,000 (based on experience)

• Earning potential up to $1M+ with partnership

• 12 weeks of vacation
