Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist role; full-time employment in a 495-bed private hospital; outpatient and inpatient high‑volume practice with Epic EMR; schedule offers lifestyle-friendly time off; 2-year partnership track; location: Shenandoah Valley, VA (45 min to Dulles); permanent position with guaranteed base + WRVU bonus. • MD/DO with Board Certification in Cardiology and fellowship/training in Advanced Heart Failure • Active/clear state medical license (or eligible) and DEA • Experience with inpatient and outpatient HF management; device and transplant exposure preferred • Eligible for visa sponsorship

The Opportunity:

•Become part of a growing, collegial group of 22 board-certified cardiologists and 16 advanced practice providers
•Step into a busy, high-volume practice- physicians are currently booked 3 to 6 months out
•Epic EMR
•Highly trained support staff so you can focus on providing quality care to your patients

Compensation:
•Guaranteed base salary that never goes away, plus WRVU bonus- current physicians are earning above the 75th percentile
•50 days of PTO upon partnership, with ample time off during the first two years
•2-year track to partnership
