The Senior Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high quality care to patients.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy., Or
- PharmD: PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Coursework/Training: Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency, Or equivalent education/experience
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
- Within 2 years of hire: Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties
- Upon hire: Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License (Facility Managed) - when eligible and where applicable
- 3 years - Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of related experience in lieu of Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
