SMART is working with a client in Nevada, seeking a CRNA for locum coverage. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be an ongoing need during permanent recruitment.

Cases for 2024 were down to 1800 vs the 2871 on the original profile below.
Largest source of volume is Endo at this site, followed up by Ortho/OB/General.
They do have one CRNA on-call and a back-up call just in case there are any cases outside of OB at night.
3 CRNA s onsite daily and the 4th CRNA takes PTO-they work Monday-Friday (8 hour shifts) when not on-call; weekend call shifts. We would want someone willing to take call (1:3) and willing to work approximately 16-20 days/month. May need two locums to assist with this coverage.
PRACTICE INFORMATION:
- 75 Beds
- 3 Main OR's and 1 OB OR
- ALL CRNA model -4 times staff
- 2871 annual cases -OB -507 deliveries, with 61 C-sections and 386 epidurals
- Other types- RNT, GI, GS, Ophthalmology, Oral/Maxillofacial, Ortho, PMR, Podiatry, MRI but No Cardiac
- Charting- paper
- Credentialing - 90 days
- Pager Call: 1:3 night & weekend (1 CRNA takes off)
- Flu Shot: TBD and TB: TBD
- ACLS/BLS/PALS:TBD
