RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients requiring intermediate level monitoring and treatment
• Monitor patients who need more intensive care than general medical-surgical units but less than intensive care
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care with healthcare team
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
