A well-established medical group in California is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist with robotic training to join their team. The role involves diagnosing and treating urinary tract conditions, performing surgeries, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team across local hospitals. Well-established group seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join their multi-specialty team. Position is full time, Monday through Friday 8-6pm and permanent offering PTO, CME, competitive compensation which includes a two year guarantee, RVU bonus and more! This position is in high demand with excellent growth and earning potential. Theyre looking for someone who has robotic training, and who can see 25-30 patients per day. You can expect O.R time in the hospital, and the call schedule is 1:3 covering 3 local hospitals within the community. FPM-RS subspecialty strongly preferred but not required. This group has a long-time, dedicated support staff, promotes work/life balance and is passionate about providing individualized care.Responsibilities may include: Diagnose and treat a variety of conditions related to the urinary tract, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, bladder cancer and prostate cancer. Develop treatment plans for patients, including recommending appropriate medications, surgeries and other procedures based on the patients specific condition. Perform surgical procedures such as vasectomies, prostatectomies, kidney stone removals, and bladder reconstructions. Work closely with other medical professionals, such as nurses, anesthesiologists, and radiologists, to ensure patients receive comprehensive care. maintain accurate and complete medical records and documentation of all patient care.Requirements: Demonstrate expertise in diagnoses: assessment, surgical and non-surgical intervention, and patient care management for all ages. MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible from the American Board of Urology. Current California medical license Graduate from an accredited Urology Residency program. Evidence of continuing education and self-development to support license requirements.
