What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments; develop care plans for residents with complex medical needs.
- Oversee medication management, including evaluation, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and case managers.
- Provide clinical supervision to Program Nurse LPNs; support and train Rehab Techs as needed.
- Monitor treatment procedures, protocols, and care delivery to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Document medical interventions and resident health status in electronic records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
- Respond to emergency and crisis situations using approved protocols.
- Lead infection control procedures and promote safe residential practices.
- Assist with orientation, training modules, and skills assessments.
- Support resident satisfaction and the mission of Hope Network through high-quality, compassionate care.
Work Schedule
- On site 32+ hours per week
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of Michigan.
- One-year previous experience in a residential setting preferred.
- Experience providing medical services in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
