A board-certified or board-eligible Internist or Family Practitioner is sought to join a hospitalist team as a nocturnist at a 166-bed facility in Southwestern Missouri. The role involves 7 pm to 7 am shifts in a 7 on/7 off schedule, managing an average patient census of 16-18, performing required procedures, some ICU collaboration, and code management. The position offers a guaranteed base salary of $385,000 for one year, comprehensive benefits, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and H1B visa sponsorship.
