This full-spectrum role offers a 4-day workweek with a predictable schedule and a home-based 1:4 call rotation, supported by certified nurse midwives who take first call and weekend coverage. The program features advanced resources, including a Da Vinci Xi robot, 10 LDR rooms, dedicated C-section suites, and a Level II nursery supported 24/7 by anesthesia/CRNA teams. Position & Compensation Highlights $400K base salary + productivity & quality bonuses $100K sign-on bonus + $105K loan repayment program Collaborative team: 4 OB/GYNs + 5 CNMs Level II nursery with 24/7 CRNA/anesthesia support 10 LDR rooms + 2 dedicated C-section suites 4- or 5-day workweek option CNMs take first call for deliveries and provide weekend coverage Technology: Da Vinci Xi robot; Cerner AI EMR launching Feb 2026.
