Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Project Management 
• Proposal Development 
• Development of Project Plans, Schedules, and Budgets 
• Managing clients and seeking and securing work responsibilities will vary with the applicant’s level of experience. 
• Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries. 
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports of surveys. 
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Surveying, Geomatics or related field. 
• Registered Professional Surveyor in Michigan. 
• Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or other drafting platform. 
• Proficiency in modern surveying technology and software. 
• Previous Professional Surveying experience desired, 5+ years. 
• Valid driver’s license. 
• General computer literacy, with working proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel. 
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software.
