Seeking a Chief of Orthopedic Surgery Provide leadership and administration for all components of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery across all three hospitals and within the Medical Groups orthopedic practices. Promote purposeful collaboration, outcomes-focused care, and an environment of accountability and teamwork both within the Department and between/among other Departments in all aspects of academic and clinical functions. Serve as a role model and advocate of the cultural values of the Department and Health System. Act collaboratively to ensure decisions that provide the greatest benefits to the populations served and overall organization. Lead clinical, academic, and research activities within Orthopedics. Foster continuous improvement of quality of care, outcomes, safety, and best evidence-based medicine practice across the continuum of care, while safeguarding operational efficiency.
