- 24 hour shifts with 12 hours onsite and 12 hours on call
- 7 am - 7 pm onsite followed by 7 pm - 7 am on call
- 12 - 15 patients daily with majority handled during onsite hours
- No procedures required
- Mainly vent management, pain control, and hip replacements
- Quiet nights with minimal overnight admissions expected
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
