About the Role:
Join a vibrant, community-focused clinic serving the Lansingburg and greater Troy area. Our providers deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to an underserved population, helping individuals and families achieve better health outcomes. You will provide routine and preventive care, including:

• Annual physicals and wellness exams

• Sick visits and treatment of minor injuries

• Immunizations and diagnostic testing

• Preventive health education and lifestyle counseling

You ll also have the opportunity to guide patients through meaningful lifestyle changes supporting smoking cessation, healthy eating, weight management, and exercise. This role allows you to make a tangible impact in a community that relies on accessible, compassionate care, similar to leading urban health centers in New York State that prioritize underserved populations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $100,000 $140,000 annually
