Practice Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Office Reason for Coverage: Provider Vacancies & Maternity Leave Dates of Coverage: ASAP-4/30/25 Schedule: Weekdays, Mon-Fri, 8-5pm Call Schedule: No Call Call Ratio: No Call Average Number of Well Check Visits Per Day: 24 visits scheduled daily (20 min), with 4-8 well child visits per day on average Number of Physicians in Practice: 3 part-time How Many Mid-Levels Provide Coverage: 0 Will the Locums be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers: No Number of Exam Rooms: 6 Describe Office Equipment: POC: flu, strep, covid, lead, hearing, vision, etc. Describe Support Staff: Full interprofessional pediatric primary care team including nurses, community health workers, and medical assistants.
