Talent Acquisition Advisor (Contract)

Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid – Westport Plaza, Maryland Heights)
Schedule: Onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs | Remote Mon/Fri (hybrid begins after second full week)
Pay Rate: $40–$45/hour
Contract Length: 3 months

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a collaborative, fast‑paced recruiting team. This role is ideal for a driven recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, advising leaders on best practices, and delivering exceptional talent across a variety of professional disciplines.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help shape recruiting strategies, manage full life‑cycle hiring, and play a key role in attracting top talent to support the business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a subject matter expert on recruiting, selection, and hiring practices
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Design and refine sourcing strategies to attract top, diverse talent
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and champion talent acquisition best practices
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for roles in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations
  • Manage 15–20 open requisitions in a high‑volume environment
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers within established SLAs
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide next steps post-interview
  • Extend offers and support candidates through the hiring process
  • Collaborate with TA Operations, HR Operations, and HRBPs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Use recruiting data and metrics to adapt and continuously improve your approach

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of full life‑cycle recruiting experience (corporate and/or agency); manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Proven success in a fast‑paced recruiting environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines and levels
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
