Location: Marion, IN
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5×8 hours (08:00–16:30), Monday–Friday
(4×8 Monday–Thursday schedule may also be available)
Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and independence
Document patient progress and outcomes in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and functional strategies
Maintain compliance with professional standards and facility policies
Required Qualifications:
Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program
Active Indiana state license or Compact license
Minimum of 2 years of outpatient OT experience
Prior travel experience
Ability to work weekday day shifts with no weekends or holidays
Supervisor reference within the last 12 months
