Join and lead an established group of 4 Nephrologists and 2 APP's

• 100 % Nephrology Practice
• 60 % outpatient clinic and hospital responsibilities
• 40 % regional travel to clinic and dialysis centers
• Potential for Medical Directorship of dialysis units
• Coverage is typically 9-10 weeks / year Monday 8 AM Monday 8 AM
• 30-50 follow up dialysis patients
• 10-30 follow up transplant patients
• Potential for faculty appointment from Columbia
• Daily interaction with medical students as well as Internal Medicine and Transitional residents.
• EMR: EPIC/INFIAN
• Nephrology experience is required
• Leadership experience preferred
