Shift: Weekdays with every 3rd weekend on-call rotation
FTE: 0.8 (32 hours per week, potential for 40 hours)
Seeking a strong and compassionate Clinical Care Leader RN to oversee daily operations and provide leadership support within a skilled nursing environment. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, requiring excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- Proven leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lead with kindness, consistency, and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $38–$55/hr (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (paid incrementally)
