The Role:
•Location: near Jacksonville / Riverside, FL
•Assignment duration: Locum Interventional Radiologist needed ASAP and ongoing
•Specific Shift Blocks Needed Starting in 2026
•Schedule: M-F 7a-4p or 8a-5p (9 hr workday). No Weekends or Call
•Trauma Level: II100% IR (no high end vascular)Productivity expectations: 39-60 RVU and 39;s per shift 7200 Annual Volume
•Duties: Will be signing off on PA procedures when working together. Looking for core IR procedures including dialysis access, venous access (ports, central lines), embolization, hepatobiliary interventions, percutaneous nephrostomy tubes, biopsies, and drainages, with spinal procedures and oncologic interventions (such as Y90 radioembolization) being a plus but not required.
•The site offers a diverse, high-volume IR practice with opportunities to perform both routine and advanced procedures while benefiting from strong PA support for patient workup and routine procedures, allowing you to focus on complex cases.
•Participation in Tumor Board meetings 1 per week- during shift.
•Certification Requirements: Board certified; Fellowship required
•Technology: RPCE Tech Stack, Powerscribe 4.0
•Credentialing Timeframe: 120 Days.
