Obstetrics Physician, Locums - California, 24-Hour Shifts

Locums OB opportunity in California wine country; set your schedule with no call outside of your shift.

Highlights

Practice Setting

• Inpatient OB-only coverage
• Supportive team includes CNMs and anesthesia
• Based in Lodi, California (wine country region)
• Hospital has OB-certified nurses and Level II NICU

Schedule

• 24-hour in-house call
• Pick your own blocks; up to 15 shifts/month
• No clinic or additional duties beyond the shift

Cases and Procedures

• Full-scope OB: C-sections, deliveries, general OB care
• No VBACs, high-risk maternal, or trauma
• 2-3 births per day on service

Requirements

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active California license required
• BLS and DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• Full travel package included: airfare, hotel, rental car, and mileage
