RN REQUIREMENTS
- RNs must have at least one year of experience working as an RN in a psychiatric or correctional setting.
- RNs must have at least one year of experience working as an RN in a travelling capacity.
SCOPE OF WORK
- All RNs will be required to work at either or both campuses and on any unit as requested by client.
- RNs will not be assigned to any particular campus or area - must be willing to work both
- RNs will be scheduled to work 12-hour shifts, alternating 36 and 48 hours per week, working every other weekend.
- Day shifts will be 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Night shifts will be 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m..
- All shifts will include a 30-minute break, for which the contractor shall not be paid.
- RNs will be scheduled for shifts according to clients needs.
- RNs will not have fixed schedules or fixed days off.
- All requests for time off or schedule changes must be submitted in writing and approved in advance by the FTC Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) or her designee.
- RNs may not trade shifts with FTC staff.
