Submission Requirements
- 2+ years of RN Experience - [REQUIRED]
- Pre/Post Op Experience - [REQUIRED]
- PACU Experience - [REQUIRED]
- Epic EMR Experience - [PREFERRED]
- Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
