The Family Medicine Physician at One Medical provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages through in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits. The role involves managing a diverse patient panel, performing clinical procedures, collaborating with healthcare teams, and participating in continuous learning and clinical rounds. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, have outpatient primary care experience, and hold a state medical license in California.

What you’ll be working on:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus

This is a full-time role based in Irvine, CA.
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for this role is $256,900 to $272,950 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
