- Hospitalist team proving inpatient support
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Open to H-1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers
- Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required
- Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. - Master s and/or Doctorate degree from accredited Nursing Program (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner - REQUIRED
- IA and IL licenses (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

- DEA Verbal Confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
- CSR/CDS (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
- Willing to provide coverage at Davenport, Clinton, and Silvis clinics (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
