We are also in the CON process for a robot and expect to have it live by the beginning of April. We are recruiting 2 CRNAs to replace one who recently retired and to keep up with our growing volumes. Any hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week shall be considered overtime. Overtime pay shall be at the rate of $119 per hour. Saturday and Sunday call pay shall be at the rate of $476 for each day, which includes up to being on site and rendering services up to 4 hours per day. Each hour in excess of 4 per day for which Employee is on site rendering services shall be compensated at the rate of $119 per hour.
