Social Worker, Clinical - LCSW

Work with transplant patients and ongoing clinical transplant education in a hospital-based team. LCSW Clinical Social Worker role, full-time hospital position in patient- and family-centered care; requires on-site work in a fast-paced hospital setting. Permanent role; schedule and exact shift unspecified in posting. Must-have requirements:

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective (verbal and written) communication skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful and fast paced environment and take appropriate action. Must have strong organizational/priority setting/multi-tasking skills. Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information. Required Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' post MSW experience in related field required. Previous experience working in hospital setting. Other Information: On-going clinical transplant education required. Participation in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI).
