Overview:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Dental Director to lead and oversee the dental program at a well-established health center in Montgomery, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, leadership experience, and a passion for providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and manage the dental program and services
Supervise dental staff and ensure quality of care
Examine, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients
Perform dental procedures to treat oral diseases and conditions
Maintain accurate dental records and documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols

Qualifications:
